To create a King account:
Open the game on your device and tap the Settings button down in the bottom left-hand corner. (If you have a Facebook account disconnect from your account first).
Click on retrieve my progress under the "play" button.
At this point you should be able to see this screen:
Type on "sign up with email", at this point enter your details and click "create my account" at the bottom.
