Boosters available across devices

I find it very frustrating that my boosters do not show on all devices. I play candy crush a lot and have racked up a stock of boosters but because I have a new phone I am no longer able to use those boosters.

Hi @HazelMead !

Boosters are saved directly on the device's memory and therefore do not sync via your Facebook account like the levels and Gold Bars.

If you change devices you can transfer over all Boosters with a back up system like a cloud or a memory card. Depending on what back up systems are available for your device.

If you had any purchased Boosters on your old device, please contact Player Support so they can resend all your purchases to your new device.

I agree with you, I play BWS3 and same thing there, it's frustrating because I play on 2 different devices. I wish they had enough server space to accommodate!
