Candy Crush can't connect to app store

I'm playing Candy Crush on my android phone (no problems here) and also on my PC (via Facebook and BlueStacks, which I recently downloaded)

When I play via Facebook, I can access my boosters.

When I play via BlueStacks, all my boosters have disappeared and I get the message: contacting app store. There is a circle which goes round and round but leads to nothing. All my boosters are gone.

Can you help please????

I'm currently on level 1748.

Yes, unfortunately they would have probably designed it this way on purpose… You wouldn’t be able to play the game via Bluestacks… So sorry for this
