Why all the recent levels don't match the youtube videos

There is one guy with tons of boosters always posting how he passes the game with no boosters but then his moves are way higher than the move amount that we have . Why is that? It is pretty unfair and video that doesnt match the reality.

All his videos he brags how he passed with no boosters (he has increased moves and the map itself sometimes also easier, it can have help in the map itself sometimes)

@Roma_Safovich Every single level of Candy Crush has its available moves reduced two weeks after its initial release on Windows 10. I think I might have read that some levels are even changed sooner than two weeks.

Additionally some YouTube users use modified games of Candy Crush to make their own levels and then post them as if they are official.
