Watching video to get additional 5 moves but it crashes and says video not available after one ...

Adverts crashing the game has been an issue for years now @Pfthrock and even though @kiara_wael has pointed you to a Discussion that tells you your issue has been fixed it plainly hasn't. Unfortunately all we can do until King fixes the issue is live with it and either stop watching videos (which is what I did), or watch the videos and hope they don't crash your game every time.
The video unavailable message is also an old issue, but no one in charge here seems to be taking it seriously and it just gets rolled into the crashing issue. Obviously receiving a video unavailable message is totally different to the black screen and crashing issues, but that point seems to be ignored.
Again all we can do with the video unavailable message is to keep watching the videos in the hope that they work and wait until someone at King realises there is an issue.
