I am sorry to hear that you lost the upgraded feature from your game!!
When you purchased the upgrade, do you remember what it said about the "duration"? By any chance, do you have a screenshot of that receipt or pop-up, etc.,?

I have been playing this for years. This change has taken away my ability to "Escape the stress of today" any time I want. I will likely just stop playing now.

this has been happening to me for over a month. I reported it but never got an answer. Iget more requests for lives then lives received. ratio is about 6 to 1.

Exact same thing happened to my gold bars. I had over 200 and when this new update occurred, I was left with 21. Numerous emails and discussions with King support and moderators here have resulted in no explanation or plausible remedy. Very disappointed in what used to be my favorite game. I'll play until I find a new favorite. And I WON'T PAY for anything

I am sorry to hear that you lost Gold Bars in your game! Just wanted to make sure... whether you are having this issue in Candy Crush Saga or Candy Crush Soda Saga?

I play on PC through Facebook on Chrome and saved the lives friends give me keep getting reset to 0. I had 40 lives saved at one point. It's like the game is resetting, I have to accept the terms and conditions again, it walks me though how to play the level ( I'm at level 6342, I think I know how to play) It also does the add friends thing and how you get 20 lives per day etc. How do I get this to stop happening?
