Why do I have to start from the beginning of the game just because I change my phone and it still my same account I’m so tired have gone so far to keep starting from the beginning

If you've switched phones and your progress was previously saved to a King or Facebook account, you don't have to start over.

I did not link the game with my Facebook I only opened a candy crush account that all and I expected all my progress should be save when I switch phone but no it started from the beginning

Your account does not have to be connected to Facebook, if you had created a King account on your previous device your progress is saved and you just need to log in with the email. If you didn't save your progress to a King account, you will need to contact Player Support to get your progress back.

NOTE: If you can still use your old device with the saved levels, create a King account and then follow the steps in the link I posted above.

I created a king account on my old phone and now I don’t have the old phone again when I login into my new phone all the bonus are all intact but I just have to start the level again
