I lost my score

My facebook account is disabled and lost my score which reached to 9880 but still have it on my mobile application, how can add to my new facebook account ??

We are sorry for your trouble😥Since your facebook is blocked your original game progress is lost and if you have kingdom account sync with facebook then you can continue original game through kingdom.

Facebook game progress cannot be transferred to any other Facebook and even if you have game progress on your mobile, it cannot be transferred to another account.

In that case you can manually restore your game game progress to the new account and let us know if you want it.

You need to create a Kingdom or Facebook account, and then log into the game with that account. After logging into the game, please contact our player support from the game and they will manually restore your game progress.

Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Game progress - Game did not save - Contact us and send them an email.

Be sure to mention in the email, what level you were.
