I asked king support to address a problem but got a stock non applicable reply

I had 12 gold bars. Made no purchases. Suddenly I have only 2. I asked for restoral but just got a general email about boosters. Is there somewhere else to report and get it addressed?

After receiving the automatic reply from Player Support, you need to reply to that same email. If you have sent your request directly from your device they will be able to trace your Game ID, if instead you have contacted them from the page you must enter your game ID which you will find here:
