I ordered the Treasure Trove pack, but I never did get what I ordered.

I had enough credits I ordered the Treasure Trove pack. It popped up when I closed the game and reopened it. Once I tapped on the screen it disappeared but I never did get what I ordered. What can I do at this point please?
