Is this normal? Non dropping 🍒

Hi, I had an issue on lvl 5154 and I couldn’t end it. I’ve spend some boosters and gold trying to get the last 🍒 to drop … I’ve lost my 100+ (or even 200) strike completing lvls in first try. What to do next time? It happened to my not for the first time.

Is there any chance that support can restore my strike?

Can’t post the videos yet… but got it recorded.

Sorry that happen to you and Thank you for the feedback. If we lose the level on the first try, then we will lose the Win Streak and have to start over again. Please check this video

Hi kiara, thanks for the reply.

My situation was different, only 14 of 15 cherries has appeared in this case. The last one didn’t wanted to show on the board / drop from the top 🙃. It’s 5154 so I know it a little 😂.

Hi, I have the same problem on level 6598. The last cherries did not appear on the board. I have used gold bars to keep playing and some boosters but nothing changed. I have lost my streak progress and candy royale progress 😥.

Yeah, same here… and as I said it’s not the first time. Had it couple of times last years.

Hello, the same happend with level 6653 😕. I could not complete it because the last cherries did not appeared. Again... I have lost Candy Royale but on the last level 😭. It is so annoying ang demotivating.

Hello @Alienscar, yes, I’am already at level 5211. The game worked correctly during the 2nd try on 5154.
