As mentioned above, I keep getting an email when I earn a badge but I don't want it. How to unsubscribe it? I already untick it on my setting, here is my proof:

Hi @Scooterpie the issue of stubborn notifications is known about, but unfortunately I don't think a fix has been released yet.
Maybe our new Manager @QueenB could let us know if any of the Community issues with notifications are being looked at.
Same thing happened to me and I do not want to receive e-mail notifications from the community at all. Have not received any in years! Share e-mail with hubby so I just do not want the notifications coming to my e-mail.
I marked one of the e-mails as spam and it looks like that has stopped it.
Looks like @Alienscar suggested the same thing. Looks like a good work around for the problem.
I still have 5 notification notices that keep coming back no matter how many times I "Mark All Read". Anyone got a solution for this?
Force closing an app only immediately closes that app @teeweiping. Seeing as you have already cleared your app cache there is no need to force close your app as all it does is close the app and not save any current game data. Force closing an app doesn't clear the cache.
Did it work? But I need some of the notification, I don't think this is the best way.
Force to clear cache, and then turn off all notification preferences.
Then it is not good to make those emails as spam. I have clear all the cache data, browsing history in my handphone and computer. Maybe the problem come from my mom handphone as I use her handphone to log in forum sometimes. I will try to clear all that cache data from it by searching the way from google.
Thanks for the update @teeweiping. It is a really strange situation you have there I must say.
Seeing as you have checked your preferences are correct I wonder if your issue is somehow connected to the recent notification changes in the community that has resulted in the notifications no longer being helpful.
I take it you have tried deleting your cookies and browser history?
You don't have to mark all of the email as spam as just marking one of them will add the sender's name to the spam block. This will mean you will not receive any emails from King Community though including any that aren't related to badges.

So should I just mark all those email relating to King community's badge as: "report spam"? It's so annoying because every time I receive this kind of email, my phone will then notify me about it. It is a waste for my phone battery electrical energy. I don't need it and I just want my phone notify me about the Whatsapp or Facabook messages from my friends.

I have click save and still receiving email.. Is it ok I choose the option report spam on that particular email?
I change my setting using my computer. I think I got click save. Nevermind I will try again and check if it's work.

In the last two days the ads have stopped working. If you get a chance to view ads for extra moves the first ad works but when you select to watch the second ad it goes to run it but then the screen goes black and it then returns you to the game. This makes it very difficult and frustrating.
