After claiming candy cup reward my phone vibrates while playing on top of unable to see ingredients
I got first place in Candy cup qualifying round, I claimed reward then started playing. Since I claimed each and every time a candy is smashed my phone now vibrates. It did it when used lollipop hammer in sweet cinema too. Why?
It doesn't do this in other profile only the one where prize was claimed.
Signed out/in, closed app signed in again, powered phone off while app open and signed in, tried powering off signed out app open, and with it closed and cleared cache several times. Nothing changes it.
I do the same steps for the issue I've been having because I can't see what ingredients to collect or have wrong ingredients to collect. I asked @FluffyDinosaur and was given this reply on September 16.
Hi Kerrie, I'm sorry to see restarting it didn't completely clear it for you. The Candy developers are releasing a new fix for this this afternoon (Central European time) so please keep your eye out and it should soon be fixed 🤞
It's now September 19 and still having this issue. Sometimes doing those steps help to see ingredients sometimes it doesn't. It's hard to play new levels when you can't see what you need to collect and with only 20 lives it's useless to try. Here are some examples of what I'm getting.

Sweet cinema doesn't vibrate when x is underneath only vibrates for prizes.

I can't really help you to be honest Kerrie as only King know the answer to the problems you are suffering from.
The issue of not being able to see your ingredients, or the wrong ingredients being indicated has been going on for over two months now and as far as I know there is nothing a player can do to fix the issue.
I am surprised that @FluffyDinosaur gave you the answer that she did as none of the other Moderators provide this answer to people with the same issue and I would like to think that all the Moderators had the same game information.
As for the vibrating issue all I can think of is that you check your games audio/haptic settings.
Unfortunately it looks like you are playing in the Wildcard rounds of the Candy Cup which would mean that the game thinks you didn't qualify in the first round.

@Alienscar I came to post that the icons cleared up shortly after wildcard round started. I hope it stays.🙏🤞My other profile has the wildcard too and qualified.
Not sure why it was only happening in profile I received rewards in.qualifed in other but no reward. Had phone on a pillow so wouldn't feel it vibrate. That's cleared up now too. It was driving me crazy!

@Kerrie yes I should have added that the issue of the confused ingredients doesn't seem to be permanent for anyone that suffers from the issue.
I am glad that the vibrating issue sorted itself out for you as that must have been really annoying.
You are lucky you got rewards for qualifying as I got a video message saying I had qualified, but I don't know in what position I finished and I didn't get any rewards.

Only rewards I got was for first place 1 of each hammer, switch, CB, stripe/wrap. Thought it would be a little better.
It's incredibly annoying, even when I'm not holding it.

Sorry to hear you still have this issue! Just to double check - have you updated the game to the latest version and restarted it?

Checked and no updates. Ingredients were ok at first sign in but now they're messed up again. And my phone is still vibrating when candies are collected in account that came in 1st place only.
I know there's an issue with 1476 but I think there's another one. Cherries are stuck in 1734 and won't drop unless I'm doing it wrong. There's no way for them to drop.

Maybe they're tracking my play, sure feels like it.
