Ccs and king account

I just login to an old email,which is link to my king.com account,not the same email I use for my king.com account either...but this email receives notification from king.com...so I can access my king account through 3 different emails???? So some how my accounts are linked but with which email? I can't even change my king account email to my ccs account email,maybe some might know what iv done to cause all this ? Lol 3 emails for 1 thing lol
