I didn't make it.
Qualified in the first wild card of Candy Cup event, but I didn't get the next Candy Cup event after this. It means I can't advance to quarter final stage.
Here is my screenshot after I got 1st place.
Can you explain this?

I ๐คฌ๐คฌ๐คฌ๐คฌing hate that King's turned my Mondays into the most stressful day when it used to be so hopeful & optimistic from the prospect of looking forward to (getting) something.
It makes ya wonder: of the alleged 10,000 players that win the party poppers, just how many will actually receive it in their game. ๐ค

I didn't make the semi's @Deryck because I was too busy to play.
You are right though there is no surprise in the fact that you have lost the event again and not received your rewards. I notice a few more people have complained about their event going missing this time around.

I made it!
I won the CandyCup Quarterfinals first. When I wanted to collect my reward the game froze and I had to restart it. My reward was gone then, all you can see is that I qualified.

I made it!
I did not play the warm up because you need to play new levels to gain stars. Being on 12000 i have few levels remaining to play. I am reserving it for future games that will give me better boosters than the one offered in the warm up.

I am still playing it in my game as it has offered me a chance to play on...why I do not know seems weird to me as I thought I didn't make it go figure that out maybe they don't have enough players or something like that ๐โ
