Level 9593 missing final Cherry

I'm currently on level 9593 on a Windows PC and with 10 moves left had completed everything except the final cherry, but after using all 10 moves and using 2 more of the 5 extra moves I bought, I still have not seen the final cherry, so I can't complete this level.
Has this happened to anyone else?
