Lost Progress

I lost a ton of my progress after my ipad broke, and when trying to continue on my phone, i’m at a level much earlier than the one I was on, despite being logged into the same account. I also lost ALL of my boosters. The levels also look weird too, which makes me think the game set me back as a glitch. My actual level was in the mid 4000s (wooo). What can I do? I tried deleting and redownloding.

Please email Player Support directly from the game on mobile.
First make sure the game is connected to Facebook or a King account so the game can be restored on an account.
Then go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - My Game Progress - Contact us and send an email. Don't forget to mention what level you were on!
