Why does this happens every time?

When I claim a booster from the Power Pops my screen always freezes and I will have to update the browser... loosing one booster or an extra life. SO annoying. Does any of you have a similar problem too ? And if so - then how did you solve it?

I've only played on mobile and haven't experienced this problem. May I suggest activating the Power Pop on mobile and then playing on desktop? What about using a different browser?
