I can't get any purchases to go thru app store! Now I can't play the Finals!

No purchases inappropriate store! I can't fin8sh a level now with out the five extra moves. This has been happening a lot lately. But now I can't get thru at all to finish I. The finals! Customer service has been telling me it my tablet, phone and laptop, but then how can I purchase from other games..? Fix this glitch and extend the Finals!!!
