And how many boosters & gold bars are you burning through?

I don't count boosters. For the passage of each episode I get 500 bars (Candy Royale). Can be allowed to spend boosters without restrictions

@QueenB … Deryck and quite others gets all the freebe’s that they got a lot of gold bars and yet they get to keep going and others like me don’t and have to spend money to help get by!!! Definitely not fair

Although I do have a sizable collection of boosters and gold bars stored, I definitely won't use them just to pass new levels.
It's aleks who's choosing to keep playing new levels; maybe you were confused by my quoting him.

It was more of a rhetorical question. I assumed you were using boosters, and you confirmed it for me.
The (implied) point I was making is what catluvmatt mentioned above: players should not be forced to use gold bars and boosters just to pass new levels and keep going up on the map.
