    Did you Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in ? If this not works Please email or Player Support from the game's Settings and Help Center so they can check up what happened in your game.

    I just completed my silver chocolate box, and it froze up on me, so I refreshed and I didn't get the rewards for that! It's very frustrating because the game already limits our games to 20 per day, so I need the extra time to actually try to complete the competitions. I have had issues every day since the 20 lives per day cap was implemented. I refuse to spend any more money on this game now. I'm on level 10,283 so I have been playing for many years and I've never been so frustrated! Can anyone help with this?

    Are you able to verify that your app is connected to the internet? It sounds like it may not be!
