If you lose progress dont worry . Please email Player Support so they can restore the levels manually.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - My Game Progress - Contact us and send them an email. Don't forget to mention what level you were on!
Or Player Support Team here and tell your Game ID there.

Hello @SassyZebra the screenshot shared by @kiara_wael is different to yours.
Your problem can't be solved by removing and reinstalling the app as the message you are receiving says you are using the wrong password.
Check that you are using the right combination of password and email for your King account.
Also, when you sign into your game please make sure you choose 'sign in with existing King account' and not 'sign up with email' when signing back into your game account.

As already mentioned by @Alienscar your problem is that there is a wrong combination between password and e-mail. I am sorry to hear that you have reinstalled your game because by doing so you will have lost all your boosters.
