My icon picture still shows 8000 level bu I am now on level 10000. How do I get that to change?

Congratulations for your progress. The badge in the game's avatar is added automatically. Please replay level 8000 again. Close the game and log in

Hi kiara_wael, this didn't work. I logged out after playing 8000 and 10000. Still only showing 8000 banner on avatar. Anything else I can do?

By logging out, can you try signing out of your account within the app and signing back in? Not just closing the app. Let me know if this helps :)

I signed out and signed back in through Facebook but that didn’t work. Is that what you meant?

No, I don't think so. If you try clicking the cog in the top right, then My Account, and signing out there. You will need to sign back in with your email and password.

I am playing with App. I am afraid to investigate any further. Last time I was having issues I uninstalled and reinstalled and lost all my boosters. I’ll live with the 8000 banner. I know I hit 10000 and I’m okay with that.

I don’t know how it counted up to 8000. I didn’t do anything back then. It just changed. Thanks for your time.
