Problem with boosters

Since Monday I have stopped getting ads for boosters and the magic shuffler has disappeared. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you.

Please do the standard trouble shooting by log out, update your game application, restart your device and login, if playing through browser please clear cache/ history. And login again.
After login again whatever bonus feature you will get that is currently available in your game. Other than that, features might be temporarily unavailable as features come and go. They are not the permanent part of the game and can be replaced or unavailable at any time. Always keep your game up to date and hopefully it might return to you.

Have you made an in-game purchase just before that happened?

Did all of those things but nothing worked. It's like it's not loading fully.

Why has the magic shuffler disappeared, nothing to do with ads.

Just like Sweet Cinema, the Magic Shuffler requires ads to function.
Then I don't know why you might have lost them other than "everything is a test feature".
I started a new account a few weeks ago because of this stupid 20 lives limitation and, sadly, lost the Power Pops feature on my main account as a result. I should've used another device but who would know...

Thanks for the help, I am currently stuck on level 12790, I have very little boosters and no extra moves via ads. Going to lose chocolate box cause can't pass level.

Hi there, some of the higher-tier levels are very hard for a couple weeks. Then, the developers edit it and make it a bit easier. Hopefully this level will become easier soon!
