Hi!
I can't use gold bars and I have a lot of them. Also can't open the Shop to "buy" New lives with the gold bars.
Can you please tell me why this happens? Thank you.

Game not connected, or some other reason, you may face such problems. You can check out some troubleshooting below.
Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.If this not work You need reinstall the game but you will lose your booster.

Is your phone connected to the Internet while playing?
Btw, I wouldn't waste gold bars on lives. Also, don't re-install unless you're 100% certain there's no other way.
Try playing on another device with the same account and see if the store is accessible.

It does indeed sound like your app is unable to connect to the internet! Try rebooting your phone and signing out and back into the app.
