I deactivated Facebook AND created a King.com community account - not working

I'm very frustrated.
I deactivated Facebook and have tried to follow the articles in the community on how to retrieve my game progress. On my MAC computer, I created an account in community.king.com and can log in fine (obviously, as, here I am). But my login creds don't work on king.com/games. I can't see anywhere to create an account on king.com/games - thinking maybe it's two different things? On the community.king.com pages, I can't see a "Settings" button to see where to follow the instructions I've read over and over on how to make this happen.
What do I do?? 😤

If its not work Please report this to our Player Support Team here. and tell your Game ID there. Don't forget to mention what level you were on!
It's important that you choose "Problems with my game" as your topic and "Game didn't save" as your subtopic.

First of all - is my ID that I created on community.king.com the same as my ID for king.com/games??
When I try to log in to king.com/games with my community.king.com credentials, I get this:
I have tried to "Recover password" but no email is sent.
