may i ask whats wrong with the volume on my game

Hi and welcome to the King Community

You can only turn Off/On music or pop up sound from the game menu. There is no volume control in the game so you need to control the volume through your device volume system.

It sounds like you turned off the music and now the sound effects. You can toggle both from within the settings cog. Cheers!
