Hello, please help me, no one helped me. I raised my problem in the discussion twice, but no one helped me, All players get Sam's streak every day but I never got it until now, how is it possible?? Please solve my problem. This game is hard in general, it will be harder if I don't get this award

Please do the standard trouble shooting by log out, update your game application, restart your device and login, if playing through browser please clear cache/ history. And login again.
After login again whatever bonus feature you will get that is currently available in your game. Other than that, features might be temporarily unavailable as features come and go. They are not the permanent part of the game and can be replaced or unavailable at any time. Always keep your game up to date and hopefully it might return

I don't know why but everyone doesn't get the same thing. If available to tou try playing on a different device. I know this has worked for people in the past. Not everyone, like me, has a different device to play on.
