Sorry to hear that you lost all your booster, what device are you playing on, and could you send us your player ID? You can find your player ID by going into settings (cogwheel) then press My Account, at the top of your screen you should see a King logo, press it and you will see some numbers. We will investigate what happen. We are really sorry for the inconvenience this is causing you and we hope we can help you as soon as possible.

Even though I progressed to about 200 episodes and I was the first in all lanes, I was getting the message to keep progressing to participate in the timed All star competition. I deleted the game saying there is a problem and reinstalled it. When I opened the game, I saw that all my boosters that I had collected for about 5 years were deleted. It's really a big novice, neither a warning nor an information. You present this game with the motto of "slide your stress" and you earn a lot of money from this game, even you organize a $250,000 contest, but you act very clumsy in the development of the game. People are buying and some are trying to save without buying. As you know, people are constantly changing phones, I wonder how the inability to maintain continuity in the game can be explained.

I was #1 with 30+ games yesterday. Today it shows 11 games and I'm #3. I followed directions and now have lost all my power ups. I do have an Andtoid. Help!

actually after update my level also down, from 13500 tp 13416... it doesnt matter, but my all booster is still zero... i collect booster from long time... please bring them back...

Yes, we had an issue yesterday causing Android users to lose their progress and boosters. The level issue is fixed and we are now working on giving all the booster back as well. We are really sorry for the inconvenience this is causing you.

after update my game on 28th maret, all my booster is gone, only gold still keep... does any one same situation? and how to recovery my booster...

Hello @quokka98373 - I am very sorry to hear that players have lost their saved gold bars and boosters. However, we have always stated let players know that the studio servers only have room to store your progress and your purchases (whether gold bars and/or boosters). Any free boosters/gold bars that you win and save and also lives that you are given, are stored locally on your device. That is why we always say deinstalling the game should be a last resort because you will lose these saved items, and it is also why we recommend using them instead of saving large caches of them.

Also when you change from an old device to a new one, those items on your old device are usually lost. I personally have been able to transfer them to a new device by saving all the info on my old device to the cloud and then reinstalling the new device from the cloud (but I play on an iPhone).

However in this case, if the items were lost due to a studio directed reinstall, it sounds like (from the comment by the CM, @Novapichu ) that the studio may be trying to help restore the lost items.

Yesterday we had an issue where some players on Android got reset and we have fixed so the level are back but sadly the fix did not give back the lives and booster. We are currently working on fixing this as well. We are sorry for the inconvenience and we are working hard to make sure this is fixed as soon as possible.

There was an issue in the game yesterday, this could be related to that. Can you please tell us which country you are playing from? Also, if you could send us a screenshot showing the message from the Google Play Store, that would help for the investigation.

What happens if after I restored my progress by uninstalling and reinstalling the game that all my boosts gold and stash of lives are gone? How am I able to get all that back?
