If this issue is a tipping point for you to carry on with the game (or not). it's probably best for you to uninstall it; as nobody (but nobody) from King that are in position to do anything about it (judging from this thread, nearly 11 months ago) gives a f*** (but they will eagerly take revenue from unsuspecting players)...

I am sorry to hear that you did not receive the promised amount of Gold Bars after finishing Candy Royale weekend special edition!! The Candy Team is trying to fix this glitch, but not sure what happened!! I will find out the update from our Community In-charge👍️

Ya know for about close to 2 months I have stayed away from Candy Crush due to how the game has become a headache for me and since I left, I've never been happier. I have a found a game that allows you to have fun and not get bogged down in having to burns Gold Bars or be stuck having to repeat a level over and over again and that game is Dream Mania. I encourage all of you to go play that game on your devices and allow yourself to relax and actually have fun playing a game.
