I'm at level 8054 but my icon keeps saying 6000. Does anyone know why or how to fix it?

Sometimes, because of a glitch, our level banner doesn't get updated to our current milestone level!! All you have to is replay previous milestone level and the level will be updated on your profile icon.
In your case, replay level # 8000 and your badge will be updated.
You will have to play on a mobile device though!! Replaying the level on a PC does not help!!
