I know that King won't answer this here, but I'm just highlighting it:
The three final knockout stages last a full week, starting from April 20th through to April 28th with only two meagre six hours breaks during the entire week. This is a mega endurance marathon! Why are these rounds so long?
It encourages non stop crushing without sleep for days. All Stars is a major health hazard!
I have found the timings of the corresponding rounds in All Stars 2023 and these were much kinder.
In 2023 the final three knockout rounds (then named semifinals 1-3) looked like this:
Round 1: 72 hours play
12 hours rest
Round 2: 24 hours play
24 hours rest
Round 3: 24 hours play
In 2024 the timings are planned to be:
Round 1: 90 hours play
6 hours rest
Round 2: 66 hours play
6 hours rest
Round 3: 24 hours play
Are they actually serious about this????
In fact we all complained last year that the first stage was too long and tiring. And now they have made it even longer? Why?
I think the question won't be "who will be the best player" but who can beat the record for going the longest without sleep. This will be a test of endurance which might have fatal consequences for someone. I would NOT advise anyone to try this out, because I have heard from good sources that sleep deprivation can actually kill people.
Sleep deprivation is known to be used as a form of torture.
I rest my case.
It is possible to still win a spot without having to cheat your way there. I'm somewhat bothered that you would even talk about tag teaming to win. Regardless if it's just an example. It's now an example that someone will stumble across and while many of us are playjng til we are falling asleep, that someone could have others playing night/day to catch up or surpass
