We’re aware that Candy Crush Saga is currently experiencing downtime. Our team is actively working on resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience. In the meantime, Please do not reinstall the game app, as this will not resolve the issue and could lead to data loss.

    I am unable to purchase supercharge or boosters of any kind with my gold bars. Using Samsung galaxy A10.

    Please Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.

    If you still aren't able to make any new purchase in the game, please contact Player Support from the game's Settings and Help Center so they can take a closer look at it. Remember to choose "Purchases & Gold Bars" as the subtopic!

    Thank you. I've tried all but uninstalling and reinstalling, because it will not allow me to log in from my account settings tab. It now says I'm not connected to internet. Which is not true. Seems to be an internal issue on King's end...

    Same here on Galaxy A10. Apparently it's a King issue and they don't work weekends. :/
