it’s February 1, 2025 and still with this problem. I can’t connect to buy. I have restarted the game, and done everything you suggested. I playing with an the iPad

Connection to App store not possible!!!!Fix it!!!
I had the same issue.
Maybe clearing all cache in WiFi system apps will help.
Go to settings, apps, manage apps, search for all WiFi system apps, clear the cache for WiFi linked apps, one by one.
Having issue on 12/1/24 and was unable to continue game using gold and lost power ups. Could not connect to king app store on my Android phone after all steps followed and after trying wifi vs 5g data.

Seems to be taking you far too long. I have had this problem for a long time now. Very frustrating.
Oh wow you lost all of your boosters?!! And gold!!?? I was so discouraged when I saw that message of not being able to connect to the app store that I just exited from the game.i didn't think to check boosters or gold bars.

at end of level I get a spinning circle that says connecting to App Store. It won’t let me access my hold bars to continue with level. I’ve restarted my phone and the app. Signed in and out of app. What should I do?

Je désinstalle Candy Crush Saga sur mon mobile Samsung et sur mon iPad pour que App Store redevienne fonctionnel pour 2 ou 3 fois et tout à coup App Store ne se connecte plus. Donc je n'ai pas accès à bonbons cadeaux.
Same here! I made a small bundle purchase just to try to reset the App Store somehow but so mad it didn’t work and now I can’t even use the gold bars to get past this stupid level I’m stuck on!
Hi, recently i unable to contact app server after the game to keep playing. I am able to request and sent lives to friends. I am using android platform. Is the problem from your side? Tried clear cache and clear data as posted in the discussion with no result.
