Why when i am trying to log in it says i’m offline to connect to internet but im connected. I can’t use any coins or extend games. Don’t want to lose my couns
I am having this issue also. I uninstalled candy crush saga now I have to start all over because it's says I'm offline. I am definitely online and have shut down and restarted with the same result in this Bingo Blitz, and Sherlock Holmes also.

When you said "you are offline" - is it appearing on a specific feature or while logging into the game or to the store? Can you please post a screenshot of that "connection issue" message pop-up?
