Why when i am trying to log in it says i’m offline to connect to internet but im connected. I can’t use any coins or extend games. Don’t want to lose my couns

Still unable to sign into my account or to use any of my coins. Still saying offline connect to internet when i am already connected. Have turned phone off, have turned Wifi on and off. Don’t want to loose progress. on 3969 level.

When you said "you are offline" - is it appearing on a specific feature or while logging into the game or to the store? Can you please post a screenshot of that "connection issue" message pop-up?
