There used to be a way to send life bulk. When we still have the score ranking on each level, we can send life to all those who had past that level. Now we don't even have the score ranking any more.
However, when you are out of life, you can request life from all the friends. I think that's a bad idea.

Hi @LAFFO CHRIS no there isn't anyway to send lives to all your friends at once. There used to be but for some reason King stopped it. It has been asked for again many times, but it's just something else that gets ignored 😖
