I really want to continue playing Candy Crush on my laptop using the same progress and data from my mobile app. To do this, I downloaded the game from the Microsoft Store. However, whenever I try to log in using my Facebook account, it keeps saying that my credentials are incorrect—even though I'm sure they are correct.
I would really appreciate any help in resolving this issue so I can access my game progress on my laptop. Can someone please assist me in successfully logging into the app via Facebook on the Microsoft Store version?

you have candy crush saga on your moblie and you log in with your Facebook account. Create a King account then sync on the PC keep the candy crush saga from microsoft store version on your laptop.

The issue you are experiencing on your Windows 10/11 App is known issue that many of us are experiencing! King team is aware about this issue and are working on it. Hopefully, it will be fixed soon and we will be able to log into the game through Facebook🤞
With regards to the complaint you sent to Player Support team — the initial email you have received with some troubleshooting steps, is a generic (and automated) email that everybody receives after sending a complaint.
If it has been 48+ hours since you sent your complaint, please send a reply through that automated email and explain about the issue with more details. And also inform them that you are still waiting for their assistance. An agent will be contacting you soon after that!
Contacting Player Support team is in general, a time consuming and patience testing (just like any other Customer Support service) process! Please be patient and do not give up!
