When a Kohls ad pops up I cannot close it (the reward granted button comes up but no way to close it...its dead screen there)and have to back out...thus loosing any gold bars I should have received. I have a Samsung Play phone it's newer and also happened on my Samsung Note 9. I have lost hundreds of gold bars, and now extra plays since it's reverted back.... wrote to actual customer service and they just blow me off with a robo email. It is also happening on an ad that just comes up all blacked screen and no ad. It is like the top of the game is not working thus I cannot close the x. I can on other ads...but not kohls.
