win moves is a test feature and it is awarded to some selected players there is no guarantee that it will always be with u. But u remain hopeful that it might can come back. For more details plz. Check the below link.

@joanhyland57 Hi, The extra spin feature belongs to the test group so we can't say for sure you will always find this feature in your game. Test groups are groups of randomly selected people, so this just means you may not be part of that test group at present, but you could be again in the future
Sometimes such features may be missing in the game due to temporary problems and then it returns to the game normally.
Keep playing the game and I hope you get back to this feature soon

Exactly my issue. Of course you don't lose your progress, but lose all your boosters, some that were paid for (on my end) and to get free moved i have to pay 7 gold bars. For years, we had that option. It's not an event. It was a part of the game that should not have ever been done away with.

Hello, I see in previous questions about this issue, you stated that the win more lives feature was just a test. I have been playing candy crush saga for at least 6 or 7 years and I have ALWAYS had that option until very recently. So I have been in a “test” group for tge better part of a decade? That doesn’t make sense. Can you elaborate on why it would just be removed after all of that time. It is actually the reason I stopped playing the other variations of Candy Crush. I stopped playing soda, jelly, and friends because there was not a win more lives option. If it is not coming back, I will likely stop playing saga as well.
