To Know Your Game Id Please Open Profile Section In Your Game And Dubble Tap On King Logo which is located On Top center Point.

Hi and welcome to the community,
Please dont uninstall and reinstall your app again and again. As i also achieved this couple of times and my theory about this is that as it is only half an hour unlimited time so may be it was supposed to start if we lose all our lives. But luckily i didnt lose more lives and half hour passed so i didnt bother about it as i got other rewards correctly and game functionioning is also fine. But if you want to still follow up this issue then you have to directly contact player support from your game for any missing rewards.

The screen shots are from the all stats features and there are no rewards given from those.
If you miss a reward from any other feature, Please report this to our Player Support Team here
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.

Understood that you didn't receive the 30 mins free live that you earned from opening the toy box.
In case you're confuse, the 0.5 is equivalent to 30 minutes and not half a day. Also, the timed lives will continue to run even if you exited the game or take. If you're aware of this, please contact King Support team by clicking the "contact us" at the bottom of this page to recover your missing reward.
