Why do we have to buy or participate in events just to get a few gold bars?

It's super unfair when you rarely ever get gold bars, and only get a few. Maybe King should make it so we earn gold bars whenever we pass a level too. Also, I think that King should make it so endgame power ups like fish, striped candies, wrapped candies, color bombs and coconut wheels give you gold bars too. I believe King should follow Playrix's path like how when you beat a level in HomeScapes (which you can get in the MicroSoft Store) you get 50 coins and power ups in the endgame count towards coins as well.

All purchases are fully optional in the game since you can beat all levels and complete all challenges without making any purchases.
The game do give out free items already. The Daily Booster Wheel itself gives you 365 free Boosters every year, plus all other bonus features and event.
Since the game is already free to download and free to play it features the Gold Bars as in-game purchases to monetise it. Therefore the access to free Gold Bars is also limited, but you can still win Gold Bars in some challenges and events.
