    Thank you for your help. I can't imagine i have to start a fresh ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ, just allow me to uninstall the app because i don't think i can start from level 1 it's so discouraging. Good bye๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™

    IF you uninstall and reinstall you can return to your level once you sign back in with Facebook or King account. Your boosters and lives will be lost but your level is not. If it is please come back and we will get a community manager to help you. Good luck.

    I tried uninstalling and installed a fresh but nothing is working. Giving up on it already

    @Adisa30 Its not the game thats the problem its your Facebook settings. you need to contact Facebook or try uninstalling Facebook and reinstalling that. This is because someone / thing has blocked the candy crush url
