If you have been charged for purchases please follow the advice above. If your purchases are not going through at all please try the basic troubleshooting.
Log out of your game and check for updates, restart your device and sign back in. See if that helps. Come back and let us know.

following troubleshooting steps:
- Reboot your mobile device. Reboot your computer If you play on Facebook or King.com
- Make sure the Internet connection is working correctly. If possible try another Internet connection – for instance from WiFi to mobile data
- Make sure you are logged into your App Store with the same account with which you made your purchase
After you do this, there is a good chance that you got your purchase through and complete.

I play on a laptop Windows 10 as I have been for YEARS. I was able to make a Candy Crush purchase on 8/19 AND a Farm Heroes purchase on 8/23 which is also a KING game. Below is an image of the message I get when I make my selection in the Candy Shop. It should be bringing me to "Check Out" and showing me my accounts. I contacted support but they have doing browser stuff, which ISN"T the issue. They ask me to attach a screen shot, which I did. Then I get a response from another person asking me for the same things.
