Dexter is back - hooray, but the levels I usually play to get bombs have been changed and are much harder now. Has anyone else noticed this?

@Von_3, yep, My favourite level has dropped to 5 moves. Much more difficult to get it going. I am going to have to resort to using a booster or two, or hope the spin gives me extra moves.

Also noticed that the treat calendar has dropped one booster on day 7 has dropped one booster

I tried without boosters many times yesterday and not even remotely close.Tried using some of my precious boosters but knew after first move that I had just wasted them. The only way this level can be done is by having a lucky board - I don't normally believe in lucky boards but I make an exception in this case.Let me know if you manage it without boosters so I know it can be done.I feel sorry for anyone below this level because I can't see how they will get past it.

I have been successful without booster. It is easier if at the beginning u get this selection of booster and you hit a power bomb. With the aid of this power bomb even 5 steps is quite easy..

I always play the new levels wednesday so have to rely on old levels for Dexter. Easy back when the BOT worked on old levels. Difficult when it stopped. And now that the number of moves has been reduced I'm not sure it's worth the effort.

Not sure what you mean Ah_Kwang. If you get a stripe and wrap next to a colour bomb you have a chance but just switching the bomb with a candy does not do much or is a power bomb different from a co!our bomb?

Sorry its the same but chances of putting a color bomb next to a stripe and wrap candie on the second move is greater. I have just completed two rounds of games. Not baddy. Score very high for next contestant to catch up..

Von, I played the level twice yesterday and got it started both times. Start with a color bomb booster both times and fired it up. First time got 2200 and second time added 4100. The level went from 7 moves to 5 moves two or three weeks ago. Been trying things since it changed. I mentioned earlier about Stupidvision could have changed the booster prize for winning this race as well as reducing the moves on the best level to win with Dexter.
