I have been playing this game almost since it started, but in the last two years it has been increasingly frustrating. i receive no lives from friends, my lives which numbered 60 or 70 disappeared. my friends list to request lives has shrunk to nothing. no feedback from King, or some stupid message that they are aware of problems and are working on a fix which doesnt compensate for the losses you've inexplicably incurred ie: lives, gold bars, etc...I know this thread will probably disappear because its negative, or it will generate some automated response. i think I'm done with this game.

well, i got the response i expected. its all my fault even though i play the same, havent changed settings, log in log out, update...blah blah blah. the person answering doesnt have english as a first language, so part of their response doesnt even make sense. im quitting and uninstalling and will urge all my friends to do the same as there is no REAL support for issues and only 1 standard answer for every issue. thanks for ruining a great game

Regarding the Lives, they can get lost since they are not backed up like your levels and Gold Bars. You can find more info and help on this HERE.
The friends list is now smaller since Facebook allows only a limited amount of friends to appear in the game. The friends list should be reshuffled though after some time, so you can send/ receive Lives from other friends.

tegarding the lives...lol, that was a few months ago. Im talking about receiving even one life, when i know my friends are sending them. fix your glitches or algorithms or whatever, but quit blaming the players!
