@Tinklefairydust Hi and welcome, This has ben passed to the game team as a few people have reported this. if you have done the standard troubleshooting tips, all you can do is be patient and wait for its return. Must be missing due to a temporary problem

Still no sign of this, what is going on please? If I cantt use or see the piggy bank cant play and you get no money.

The Piggy Bank like all bonuses and extra features are no infinite features and can therefore take a break from the game sometimes.
If you don't have it right now, keep the app updated and keep an eye in the game and it will surely come back at some point.
