Thanks for your views about the idea. You are absolutely right and thats the idea. i hope with this point i may be able to get you agree. The idea here is not to get them out of reward. They should get the rewards but not equal. All i am asking here is the points gather most by any person should get a little bit more ( like he should get 2 UFO) and other members can share 1 each.

@Nix66 Totally agree with you. Our custom team works very well together and sure we get a player/s who gets a few more points than the others but the key word is "team" !!
