Hi and welcome .
First of all i would request you to please edit your comment and remove your email as this is a public forum and you might get some unwanted emails. The edit button is on top right corner of your message.
Secondly you are already login through some account may be king account. So first you log out and then the option of facebook will appear on the game board. If you still have problem please show us the screenshot for accurate advise.

Please select your device that you are playing on any King's Game, then you click on any device and read to follow these troubleshooting steps of this problem that I hope this helps (These discussions solved by Community Team.) 😉

If you follow uninstall and reinstall any King's Game, you save your game's progress and gold bars are transferred but you have lost all of the boosters and your event will be reset or gone.
