The last 2 times I've earned the chronicle award it say purchase unsuccessful and I've lost the award. Also I get the same message when trying to buy the dainty bundle, but other purchases go through.Please help I play Candy Crush Saga on a desk top. After you find the kingdom's history scrolls you can purchase an award.

Understood that you've tried to purchase the deal from the Scroll events and was not successful along with the dainty bundle. Please double check that money has been deducted from your account for these purchases.
Meanwhile, please check whether you have updated the app. If you haven't please proceed to update the app, reboot/restart your device, log back into your game and try and access the shop to purchase the items you needed.
If transaction is successful and items not received immediately, please do wait for 1-2 days as it may take time for the item to be credited to your inventory.
Do contact the app store support center if your didn't received your purchased items.

You may check please your device date and time is correct. Also try internet connection from wifi to data or data to wifi. Otherwise..
Please email Player Support so they can look into this.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.

@madukes56 Hi and welcome. If you can make some purchases and not others sounds like it may be a problem with that certain feature, might just be a temporary problem. Keep your game up to date and log out and restart your device and log back in. See if this resolves your issue or if you still have problems with that purchase.
