Why are my Gold Bars disappearing?

I had 19 bars looked again after playing a few rounds and I was down to 9. I win 3 more gold bars which brought me to 12 but after playing a few more rounds. I was down to 2. I never clicked the continue playing button which I know charges 10 bars. This makes me want to stop playing the game because it cheats.😡

@conteyjones Hi and welcome, sorry to here this has happened to you.Please try checking for a game update and log out and restart your device, then log back in and see if you gold bars appear. If not you will need to contact customer support from your game regarding your issue as the community does not deal with gold bars or purchase issues

Very sorry about this issue but to know what the actual reason is of losing your gold bars is to contact player support directly from the settings of your game application. They can look into your game history and provide you the accurate information with a possible refund in case of no purchase has been made.
